Entry ticket allows single visit to the Main Museum Complex and the branches during the day of its purchase. Please keep your tickets with you until the end of your visit.
300 RUB – entry ticket to one of the Hermitage branches: the General Staff Building, Winter Palace of Peter the Great, Menshikov Palace, the Museum of the Imperial Porcelain Factory.
500 RUB – admission price for the Staraya Derevnya Restoration and Storage Centre (300 RUB – entry ticket, 200 RUB – guided tour ticket).

With a gift card you can visit the Main Museum Complex and the General Staff Building twice, from the date of purchase until 31 January 2017.
In one day you can use it with your guest or alone, but twice.

entry ticket to the Main Museum Complex or one of the isolated expositions – the General Staff Building, Menshikov Palace, Winter Palace of Peter the Great, the Museum of the Imperial Porcelain Factory, the Staraya Derevnya Restoration and Storage Centre for the following citizens:
- pensioners (Russian citizens)
- preschool children, school children, students (regardless of nationality)
- Members of the International Council of Museums (ICOM)

Ticket offices
Entry tickets (including tickets at special prices for visitors receiving benefits) and guided tour tickets for individual visitors are sold at the Main Museum Complex ticket offices located in the Main Vestibule (entrance through the Great Courtyard of the Winter Palace), as well as in the General Staff Building ticket offices. Entry tickets for 600 RUB can be purchased in the ticket offices in the Main Museum Complex and in the branches except for Staraya Derevnya Restoration and Storage Centre.
Ticket terminals are located into the Great Courtyard of the Winter Palace. It should be noted that you cannot buy benefit tickets at the terminal.
